The President of the Fighting Clams, Justin was born in the Baltimore area. He graduated from Tabor Academy (MA) in 1995, where he was named as a high school All-American, and where he still holds the school record for points scored in a season (112). He was also named a Boston Globe All-Scholastic lacrosse player and the New England Prep Player of the Year in 1995. Justin started for all four years at attack at Denison University and was named as an All NCAC player three times. He was named as an Honorable Mention All-American for his senior year, and scored 182 points during his collegiate career. After serving as an Assistant Coach for Duxbury High School for two years, one of which was during a season that saw Duxbury win its first State Championship, Justin moved to the Rivers School in 2002 to take over a program that hadn’t had a winning season in over two decades. Since taking over, Rivers has gone 113-73, and has not had a losing season since 2005. In 2006 and 2014, Coach Walker was named as Coach of the Year in ISL, and in 2009 his team was one of three teams winning a share of the ISL title. Justin has coached two high school All-Americans at Rivers, and over 50 players who have gone on to play at the collegiate level, including dozens at the Division 1 level.

Tim Fallon, a former Clam and Littleneck, grew up in Lowell, MA. He attended Lawrence Academy in Groton, MA where he was a two-year captain and All-ISL in 2006 and 2007, as well as Team MVP in both of those seasons. He went on to play college lacrosse at the University of Hartford, where he was a large part in turning the program around and winning their first America East Championship and qualifying for the NCAA Tournament. He was a Captain his senior year, as well as Team MVP in 2010 and 2011. Tim was the NEILA Division 1 New England Player of the Year in 2011, 2X All American in 2010 and 2011, All New England 2011, America East All conference 2009, 2010, and 2011, and Laxpower.com 1st Team All American in 2011.  He led the nation in ground balls in 2010 and 2011 and led the nation in face-off win percentage in 2011. He went on to play for multiple professional teams including the Denver Outlaws, Rochester Rattlers, Boston Rockhoppers and the Charlotte Hounds. Tim also serves as the Territory Manager for Cascade and Maverik Lacrosse in New England.

Coach Westgate has been a part of Top Gun and the Clams since 1996 (Clams Class of ‘03). He played 4 years at Sandwich High School and joined one of the original Clams teams during his junior and senior year. Ronnie played 4 years as a goaltender at Providence College from ’02-’06. During his four years at PC, he served as team captain during his sophomore, junior and senior seasons while the Friars captured 2 MAAC Conference Championships. PC earned its first bids to the NCAA D1 tournament in ’04 (vs. Johns Hopkins) and ’06 (vs. Hofstra). After college, Ronnie coached for 5 seasons at Wellesley HS and was part of an undefeated regular season in 2011. He coached the 2012 season at Providence College where he worked with the goaltenders and defense, preparing for Big East opponents like Syracuse, Notre Dame and Villanova. Coach Westgate works full time for the Fighting Clams, manages our operations, and helps coach our goalies! He also is our resident rules expert; Ronnie has been refereeing high school and college games in New England for over 8 years!

Director of Player Development

Coach Theriault was a long-time Fighting Clam and attended Northfield Mt. Hermon, and graduated from high school in 2020. He was ranked in the top 100 recruits nationally going into college. After a freshman year cut short by COVID-19, Coach T immediately earned the starting role as a sophomore in 2022. At the end of a historic season in cage, Conor was a USILA Honorable Mention All-American, a USA Lacrosse Magazine Honorable Mention All-American, First Team All-Ivy League, and a NEILA First Team All-New England Goalie. Coach Theriault is our head of social media and content, and works with Fighting Clam and Littleneck goalies when he’s not working the camera!

Coach Spencer hails from California, and was coached at Monte Vista High School by his father, Ted Spencer, where his brother, Devin, also played.  He was a 2014-15 All-USA Today Northern California Boys Lacrosse Team. His Father, Ted, played at Massachusetts in the 1980s and was the head coach at Fairfield for 13 seasons after assistant coaching tenures at Brown and Yale. Ben finished his playing days at UMass with 67 career points on 52 goals and 15 assists over 59 career appearances. He started in 52 of his 59 career games played. Totaled 19 of his career goals during man-up situations with at least three scored in each of his four seasons, and added 24 groundballs and four caused turnovers to his ledger. Ben has been coaching with the Fighting Clams and Littlenecks for two years!

Coach Prudden graduated from Tabor Academy in 2003 where he was a US Lacrosse All-American. Tucker is a 2007 graduate of Quinnipiac University with a degree in communications. During his senior season, Tucker earned all-conference honors for the Bobcats and was a Dick Garber award recipient as MVP of the NEILA All-Star game. After leaving Hamden, Tucker was active in post-collegiate lacrosse. Playing for the Vermont Voyageurs in the Quebec Senior Lacrosse League where he was MVP in 2009. Tucker served as the head coach at Proctor Academy (2011-17) and Pomfret School (2017-21). Before joining Kimball Union in 2021, Tucker led the Griffins to back to back Colonial League Championships and an undefeated season, earning him US Lacrosse Coach of the Year Honors. Tucker, his wife Chloe and daughter returned to New Hampshire in the summer of 2021 to start coaching at Kimball Union Academy. Tucker works as a Learning Specialist at KUA in addition to his lacrosse coaching duties. Tucker is currently the head coach of the Fighting Clams class of 2025! 

Coach Moriarty is the defensive coordinator for the Clams Class of 2023. After a standout career as a Clam (class of 2016) and at Catholic Memorial High school, Coach Moriarty played his college ball at St. Michael’s. After 4 years, Coach “Willy Mo” tallied 44 total games played and 36 starts. 88 ground balls and 78 caused turnovers later, he graduated as a Dean’s list student. Our resident defensive expert, Will helps all of our Clams with defensive footwork, stickwork, and positioning!

A former Littleneck and Clam, Ian played college lacrosse at Drew University after starring as a defenseman at Lawrence Academy. He is currently the Head Coach at Morristown High School (NJ) and has been coaching with the Littlenecks program for four years.

Chris grew up playing lacrosse in Worthington, Ohio, earning All-Ohio and All-Midwest Scholastic Lacrosse Association honors. A graduate of Ohio State University, Chris has spent over 12 years coaching youth lacrosse in Norwood and Foxboro, including serving as Co-Boys Director on the Foxboro Youth Lacrosse Board.
He has coached club lacrosse for 6+ years and is also a Level 4 USA Hockey Certified Coach, having coached both youth and club hockey. Chris lives in Foxboro with his wife and three sons.

A native of Buffalo, NY, Cam attended St. Joseph’s High School before continuing his career at UMass Amherst (Division I). While at UMass, he earned recognition on the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

Jack played defense at Blackstone Valley Technical High School before continuing his career at Assumption College. He has been coaching with the Littlenecks program for the past two years.

Coach Gorrasi is from Sandwich, MA. Attended Sandwich High School where he played hockey and lacrosse. Coach Gorrasi went on to play at Washington College ’19. Zack has 3 years of coaching experience with Team Cape Cod. We are excited to welcome Zack back for his second year.

Tim attended Ashland High School, where he served as captain and played both hockey and lacrosse (goalie). He went on to Bridgewater State University, continuing to play both sports.
Tim coached with Piatelli Lacrosse for six years before joining the Littlenecks in 2024. He is currently the Head Coach at Framingham State University and also works as a Physical Education teacher at the elementary level.

Coach Lampert hails from Wayland MA and was a member of the Fighting Clams Class of 2020. In his senior year at Wayland high school, he was a first team all-American, was the leading point scorer for his high school team, team captain, and Boston Herald All-Scholastic. He was also a captain of the football team and was an all league wide receiver. Going into his senior year at Denver in the fall of 2023, Coach Lampert  has 55 points from 27 goals and 28 assists, and rotates between starting at attack and the first midfield line. He started every game as a Junior.

“Coach Sider” played three years of his high school ball at St. John’s Prep before spending his senior year at New England Prep school powerhouse, Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, NH. After graduating from BA in 2010, Jon then played both Division II and III collegiate lacrosse; attending LeMoyne College his freshman year, before transferring to Endicott College where he finished his career as a defensive midfielder and man-down specialist. Jon also traveled overseas to play lax, competing in Germany’s Berlin Open, and Amsterdam’s Lowlands tournament for Team GP in 2013. Jon started his coaching career as the head JV coach at St. John’s Prep in the spring of 2015, before becoming a Varsity Assistant in the spring of 2017. In the last three seasons, the Eagles have had two MIAA playoff appearances, and one Division 1 North sectional final appearance. More recently, Coach Sider was named the head coach for Manchester-Essex Regional High School. He has been with the Clams for 4 years, and currently is the head coach of the Clams class of 2022!
